The aim of the project is:

support granted for investments in research infrastructure and covers the modernisation or building of specialist laboratories dedicated to, inter alia analysis of the quality characteristics of plant products intended for food and non-food purposes and the quality of plant protection products, testing the contamination of soils and waters with plant protection products and determination of pesticide residues in food and the environment, testing the quality of bee products and dedicated to research on livestock, including infrastructures for the collection and storage of long-term biological material, genomic and proteomic analyses, qualitative analyses of animal products and feeding stuffs and experimental facilities for animal maintenance and testing, laboratory tests for food and feed safety, diagnostic tests for the detection of infectious animal diseases and animal welfare studies. Support shall be granted for projects with a duration between 1 February 2020 and 31 December 2025.

 

Project description:

The subject of the project will include the following tasks:

– modernisation of the internal and external infrastructure of the residue laboratory at the Field Experimental Station in Białystok, the quality laboratory for SOR at the Branch Office in Sośnicowice and the residue testing laboratory in Poznań;

– retrofitting of specialised research equipment in all research laboratories;

– retrofitting laboratories with laboratory equipment and furniture;

– training of staff in the use of specialised apparatus.
